Because KMUUN products and services vary, specific policies may apply depending on the nature of the product or service. Therefore, we may also provide privacy notices or supplementary statements for particular services, in which case the specific terms will prevail over this Policy if there is any inconsistency.
You are not required to accept this Policy. However, if you decline, KMUUN may not be able to provide full services or resolve certain specific issues. You may choose to stop using our products or services at any time. Continuing to use our products or services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
When specific KMUUN products or services cease operations, we will notify you via system messages, announcements, SMS, or email and manage your information per this Policy. If KMUUN permanently discontinues services, this Policy will expire, and we will handle your information following legal requirements.

To register a KMUUN account, you must provide your phone number, password, and verification code to comply with identity verification requirements. You may also provide supplementary information, such as a nickname, avatar, email, fingerprint, and ID card. Refusal to provide additional data will not affect your basic use of KMUUN’s services. -
Online Transaction Services
KMUUN uses personal information to support transactions, including sharing necessary information with third-party payment institutions (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay). If you request an invoice, email or phone details will be needed. Additional data may be required for events or prize giveaways, including real-name authentication and contact information. -
KMUUN Cloud Services
Through KMUUN Cloud, you can connect KMUUN devices for remote control or management. KMUUN may collect product serial numbers, verification codes, and device interaction data (e.g., remote intercom audio, camera screenshots). -
Customer Service
To assist with inquiries and support, KMUUN may collect communication records and related details, including account, order, and payment information.

Data retention adheres to local laws, with information stored as long as required to fulfill the original purpose or as mandated. For example, order data may be retained for a minimum of three years per Chinese E-commerce Law. Upon expiration, data is deleted or anonymized.

Under relevant laws and standards, KMUUN upholds your rights over your personal information, which include:
Accessing or Correcting Personal Information:
You have the right to access your personal information, except in cases specified by law. You may review and update details as follows:

Account Information: Access your profile, nickname, phone number, and other registration information through the KMUUN App under “My Account” or “Account Security.”

Online Transaction Information: Within the KMUUN App, you can review and correct shipping addresses, order details, and transaction history.

KMUUN Cloud Service Usage: You can access information about connected KMUUN devices, model details, and service usage through the KMUUN App.
Some personal information cannot be accessed or modified directly (e.g., device security details), as they are crucial for service and data integrity. If necessary, contact KMUUN to request deletion or anonymization.
Deleting Personal Information:
You may delete non-essential registration details, order history, and addresses directly through the product or service interface. Additionally, you may request deletion under the following circumstances:
- If our handling of your information violates laws or agreements.
- If you withdraw consent or deactivate your KMUUN account.
Upon approving your request, we will notify any entities that accessed your information to delete it as well, except as legally required.
Modifying Consent or Withdrawing Authorization:
You can withdraw consent for specific functions by deleting data, disabling features, or managing privacy settings within the KMUUN App. Revoking consent may affect service functionality but will not impact prior authorized use.
Account Deletion:
You may delete your KMUUN account anytime via the KMUUN App. After account deletion, we will cease providing services and delete or anonymize your data per legal requirements.
Obtaining Copies and Requests for Responses:
You may request copies of your personal information. For security, we may ask for proof of identity. KMUUN will respond to requests within 15 business days. Reasonable requests are free of charge, but excessive or repetitive requests may incur a fee.
Requests may be denied if they:
- Contravene national security or public interests.
- Cause harm to legal rights of you or others.
- Conflict with legal obligations to retain data.
6. Protection of Minors’ Information
KMUUN values the protection of minors’ personal information. For children or minors under 18, guardians are required to review this Policy carefully before the minor provides any information. We collect minors’ data only with guardian consent and use or disclose it as legally required.
